Nutritional Information

What a lot you can pack into a 10g serving! The most important ingredients here I think are Green Coffee (energy and raised metabolism), DAA (elevate Testosterone production) & AAKG (improves NO product and greatly helps strength output). This is a well thought-out and effectively dosed product. There are other bits and pieces included in here as well most of which help delay fatigue or help with energy.

Taste
I had the Raspberry flavour and it was alright, not unpleasant by any means but not amazing. It’s a preworkout so taste isn’t really that important, what’s more important is that there was no bloating or aftertaste distracting me from my workout.

Side Effects
None

Price
£34.99 for a tub with 40 servings in.

Results
Energy Charge has a lot of plus points and very few negatives. Let’s focus on the good points first. It’s a very strong build for a preworkout with some excellent ingredients and precise doses. There are no side effects – even the expected ones like tingling from the Beta-Alanine wasn’t as noticeable as I had predicted. Some preworkouts taste horrible but Energy Charge isn’t too bad, it’ll take a few servings to adjust the water levels to your personal taste. The price works out to £0.87 per serving which is a little bit more expensive than the average preworkout but not by much so its reasonable value. The only downside is that I found it a little bit weak for the gym however it worked excellently for cardio and sports.

I think this preworkout was designed more with sports and endurance events in mind rather than intense weight sessions. The pumps are a bit weak (again sports over gym) and the focus isn’t as strong as in other products however the energy and endurance side of things is great. So really this preworkout is aimed more at sports and cardio sessions rather than the weight room. If energy and endurance is what you are after then Energy Charge is awesome but if moving heavy weight is your primary aim then you might want something a little stronger. 8.5/10

  1. I agree with this review, I use the product for sports / endurance and really rate it - plus the portion size is small so its easy to transport for trips away, the tin lasts forever. Great Product.
